Wines

The domain of Robbert Veuger

A fine dining wine list reflects both the nature of the cuisine as well as the character of the restaurant.

Here, at Aan de Poel, we present an eclectic collection of both accessible and acquired flavors, suitable for every budget.

Our sommeliers offer you a journey through both the classic wine regions and adventurous, undiscovered vineyards

Our selection

Our wine list consists of over 600 wines. Our selection is chosen parallel to the eclectic cooking style of Stefan van Sprang, which means we found a balance between classic styles and unique findings of ancient grape varieties and unknown appellations. We also have a special collection of vintage Champagnes.

For the classic connoisseur we have an extensive Burgundy and Bordeaux selection. For the more adventurous drinker we offer wines from Germany and Austria, New World Pinot Noirs, undiscovered Italy and exciting wines from the South of France. We have wines available for each taste and budget. No wine expert? No worries. We’re relaxed about wine. Tell us what flavors you prefer and we find you a matching glass.
