We serve a modern, inventive and well thought out six course menu which changes every four weeks, you can of course also choose from our a la carte menu. Each course is carefully selected whereby all the tastes combine to create a culinary experience which will suprise and delight you. Whatever your choice, be it less courses or special dietary requirements, we are happy to accomodate you. It goes without saying that the combination of our wines with your chosen dishes will make your unique culinary experience complete.
At Restaurant Aan de Poel, lunch is always a culinary experience to be enjoyed. In the case you don’t have a lot of time, we can insure you that smaller but ever more delicious dishes can be served within the hour.
Our wine list consists of over 600 wines. Our selection is chosen parallel to the eclectic cooking style of Stefan van Sprang, which means we found a balance between classic styles and unique findings of ancient grape varieties and unknown appellations. We also have a special collection of vintage Champagnes.
