A range of local and international top-level dishes from the creative minds of 2 Star chef Stefan van Sprang and his team is served. Stefan’s signature recipes, his respect for seasonal products and all the flavor nuances are characteristic for the menu with 5 to 6 small dishes that changes every three weeks.
Maitre-sommelier Robbert Veuger made an accompanying wine arrangement in which the dishes and the wines blend together. The inspectors of Michelin, Gault Millau and Lekker all agree about one thing: Aan de Poel in Amstelveen is a top restaurant with cosmopolitan quality and allure.
